Mystery Jets Cancelled
The Mystery Jets lead singer has fallen ill and been taken to hospital,
We wish him all the best in his recovery but it does mean they now
won't be opening the festival on Saturday.

Gutted…
I’ll get straight to the point…
Matt, the lead singer from our Sunday headliner Cage the Elephant has had an accident and seriously damaged his knee.
The doctors in America have said he can not fly for a month…
Y Not Festival is in seven days.
All of the team at Y Not are absolutely gutted but it’s totally out of our control.
We’ve announced as quickly as possible and we’re currently working 24/7 to find a suitable replacement.
If anyone has any replacement suggestions please let us know on the forum or e-mail

The Y Not Festival battle of the bands 2008 final is this saturday!!!!
From 16:30 at the Lime Kiln Pub in Wirksworth drop in to see the 5 finalists battle it out for the final slot at YNF 08!
We'll also have a special guest band.
Entry is £5 but if you've got a Y Not Festival Weekend ticket, you get in free!

Well well well, all I can say is what a Weekend!!!
For all of you who had joint tickets, I'm sure you'll agree that Two Thousand Trees was awesome.
Hats off to the TTT crew!
So With Cage the Elephant, Mystery Jets, Frank Turner and another 50 fantastic bands, the highlight of the summer is just around the corner!!!
Tickets are selling faster than they ever have in the history of Y Not - We're on target for our first ever sell out festival! Wicked!!!
Like everyone else on the forum, we can't wait.

Well guess who's at number 27 in the charts this week and on Radio 1's A playlist....
Yup its the Mystery Jets, with two doors down! And what's the best festival to see them at this summer...
Yup its Y Not Festival!
Everything is shaping up really nicely - record sales, our best ever line-up with a stage, lights and location to match!

The good weather is here in full force - a good sign of things to come hopefully!
This week we've got Max Raptor on the podcast.
Ticket sales are still flying and this years festival is shaping up absolutley beautifully.
The headline is taking a weeeee while but we promise its not far off.
Anyways folks, keep working hard, or hardly working and we'll see you at Y Not!

Well well well folks! All the early bird tickets sold out much quicker than we expected which is great!
Just the saturday headliner to come...
One wicked thing we have is podcasts from the bands (bottom of this page)!

We're releasing a limited amount of early bird tickets (£30) first and then its up to the full £36.
